Current offerings:
Sound Healing sessions with Crystal bowls, tuning forks and meditation (Private sessions upon request)
Reiki Healing - This can be done in person or distance by a Master Level Practitioner, or other modalities can be infused with Reiki healing.
1:1 detailed discovery session to release and let go of old grief or trauma (usually 3 hours)
6 week 1:1 breakthrough coaching package
Awaken Your True Self Workshop, group or individual course, to discover self-awareness and personal growth
Certified Master Practitioner Hypnotist - example weight loss, smoking cessation, anxiety
Couples Coaching - 6 week program to strengthen your relationship (Both partners to work individually and together with me)
